REE recorded a revenue of VND2,181bn, an increase slight of 0.3% compared to the same period, while NPAT reached a decline strongly with VND404bn, a drop 35% yoy. The main reason for this decline was the negative growth in both revenue and NPAT in the Utilities segment.
