March 24, 2011: Hanoi Branch (Cau Giay) - Gia Quyen Securities Joint Stock Company (EPS) was renamed to Hanoi Branch (Cau Giay) - KIS Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (EPS).
July 8, 2015: Established Nguyen Tri Phuong Transaction Office, Ho Chi Minh City
January 9, 2015: KIS Vietnam increased its charter capital from VND 264 billion to VND 1,113 billion.
09/06/2016: Established Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office, Ho Chi Minh City.
2016: KIS was honored as one of the Top 10 securities companies leading in brokerage market share on HOSE and HNX.
May 14, 2018: KIS increases its charter capital from VND 1,113 billion to VND 1,897 billion.
September 3, 2019: Renamed and moved the Nguyen Tri Phuong branch headquarters to Saigon branch with new address TNR Building
